About the Project

Adventures in Multimedia Storytelling

I love exploring the beautiful place that I live, and where I’ve grown up. I want to touch the earth, explore the hills, dip my toes in the frigid waters. I want to capture the beauty, as I see it, from up close, far away, and everything in between. From there, I want to share the tips and tales from the adventures, and bring it to life through my photography, art, and writing. I want to explore the world, and in the process grow and expand my creative skills by putting them to use creating art from my adventures.

1. Fine Art Photography Prints and Products
2. Original Illustrations
3. Coloring Book (and coloring prints)
4. Tips & Tales from the Adventures

The art and photography from these adventures will focus on travel, exploration, and experience the beauty of wild nature. Interspersed there will be people, pets, and places that I love. When I am fortunate enough to explore outside the PNW, I’ll share the stories, adventures, and art from those adventures as well. 

The Goal of the Project

To offer fine art photography prints and products for sale, to create “The PNW Experience” coloring book, and to share my written stories, the “Tips & Tales” from my adventures. While this is an ongoing project, the photography collections and art products will be completed in stages, so that the project has completion levels even as I continue to explore, capture, and create. My goal is to go on at least one PNW Experience each month, and from that creating a curated collection of fine art photography prints, an original illustration and coloring book series, and a story about the adventures, which would include creative writing as well as helpful tips for planning your own adventure.

The PNW Experience is part of my life, and I will be doing all of this, exploring, experiencing, capturing, and creating, because it is my passion, and something that brings me great joy. Your support will help me allocate more time for this type of creative adventure, plus the ability to create the art products that I desire to create and share with you and the rest of the world.
