ZieBee Media (pronounced “zee-bee”) is an independent publishing company and creative agency focused on making premium quality offerings that focus on art + education.
As a multimedia artist and author, Mackenzie “ZieBee” Bakewell, is passionate about exploring the world and turning her experiences into both art and education.Â
Together with the ZieBee Team, which is comprised of Mackenzie’s family and panel of experts, she creates original coloring books and more for people of all ages and skill levels, as part of the Journey of Colors Book Collection.
This art education product line mixes Mackenzie’s professional expertise in the world of art and creativity with her personal journey for creating habits that promote healthy, happy, and harmonious living.
Mackenzie also offers custom services and workshops to help people looking for help with the publishing process. This comes in the forms of professional photography, print and digital books, blogs, brand design, and all the visual assets needed for running a business.
When she’s not busy creating new art, Mackenzie can be found working in her garden or hiking in the Pacific Northwest with her dog and family.
Giving Back
Each quarter, ZieBee Media gifts a box of Coloring Books or Posters to a local grade school classroom through our connection with teachers here in Oregon. We are continuing to work with educators and practitioners to create accessible programs and offerings to bring more creative play into the traditional school day.
Mackenzie has also led coloring workshops at Assisted Living Homes, shared vibrantly colored original art in local shops, and developed a method for Mindful Coloring, which helps tap into the many known benefits of making art in our everyday lives.Â
